Neodent Implant

Neodent implants are implant systems developed with modern technologies, known for their reliability and high clinical success rates in the treatment of missing teeth. Thanks to surface features that provide strong integration with the jawbone, they aim to achieve successful results both functionally and aesthetically. They can be used in a wide range of treatments, from single-tooth gaps to multiple tooth losses. The procedure is mostly performed in a clinical setting under local anesthesia or sedation, and in necessary cases, it can also be carried out under general anesthesia in an operating room.

What is a Neodent Implant?

Neodent implants are artificial roots made from highly biocompatible titanium material that serve as tooth roots. Their specially designed surface structure supports the fast and strong adhesion of bone cells to the implant surface. This shortens the healing process and increases the long-term stability of the implant.

In which cases are Neodent implants preferred?

They are preferred in patients with single or multiple missing teeth, in cases with limited bone volume, and in treatments where rapid healing is desired. They are also safely used in areas where aesthetic expectations are a priority and in applications where prosthetic planning is important.

Precautions Before Neodent Implant Treatment

Before the treatment, the patient's overall health, existing systemic diseases, and regularly used medications should be thoroughly evaluated. The suitability of the jawbone for the implant should be determined through radiographic examinations. Maintaining oral hygiene, brushing the teeth, and using antiseptic mouthwash help reduce the risk of infection that may occur after the procedure.

Precautions After Neodent Implant Treatment

After the implant procedure, the implant area should be protected during the first 24 hours, and hot foods and drinks should be avoided. Smoking and alcohol consumption are not recommended as they may negatively affect the healing process. Medications prescribed by the dentist should be taken regularly, and oral hygiene should be performed carefully with a soft toothbrush. Attending follow-up appointments without interruption is very important for the long-term success of the implant.
